Stuffed Pepper and grapes
One of the typical food dishes from Aguascalientes.
Is a stuffed pepper, in fact other states in Mexico, also have typical food that includes stuffed pepper (being the most known ones the ones called "Chiles en Nogada")
Those have a different taste, the white sauce has a bit more acid taste, and is decorated with grapes.
They tasted fabulous.
