Queso Relleno (stuffed cheese)
This one is another typical Yucatan food, Queso Relleno.
They take a ball of Edam Cheese (me likes that cheese), make a little hole, and take a bunch of cheese out from the center.
Then put meat, raisins, olives, and other things inside the cheese.
They cook the cheese. With the cheese they took out they made a cheese sauce.
When serving they cut a slice, and serve it in the cheese sauce and tomato sauce.
Mmmm, delicious.
